Every practice day we will meet at Beaver Lake Park by the ball fields at 9am
Monday 7/2: 15 min warm up, 2 x 10 min Xs & Os, 15 min cool down
Tuesday 7/3: Easy 40 minute run
Wednesday 7/4: No practice- Happy 4th of July! Easy 40 min run on your own.
Thursday 7/5: No practice for 4th of July. 10 min warm up, 5-4-3-2-1 minutes workout on your own, 10 min cool down.
Friday 7/6: Easy 30 min run on your own.
Saturday 7/7: 50-55 minute long run on your own on soft surface if possible
Sunday 7/8: Off
